HMC – Asia’s second-largest auto manufacturer – had established a Brussels-based EU team which needed support in tracking European developments, reaching out to stakeholders and supporting the company’s European investments, commercial development and profile.

The Cambre transport team identified, analysed and monitored developments in the European automotive sector, in energy and international trade policy, as well as major economic and political news. Cambre provided HMC with carefully thought-out public affairs and public relations recommendations and a series of actions based on analysis undertook in close cooperation with the HMC team.

On HMC request, Cambre investigated specific issues and provided intelligence on matters affecting HMC’s business, R&D and manufacturing investments in Europe, as well as the automotive sector at large.

Cambre monitored the schedule of EU and stakeholder events for HMC, selecting those that are of relevance and attending specific events on behalf of the client.

Cambre provided HMC with insightful daily and in-depth weekly European monitoring reviews.
